Top 10 good and bad things about Twilight from had compiled the Top 10 things Twilight fans loved — and hated — about the Twilight movie:

No one seemed to be lukewarm about it — they either passionately loved it or, as one fan put it, “felt like committing suicide.”

Whether they detested or adored it, however, all of the fans were profuse in their reasons for why they felt the way they did. Here are the top 10 things Twilight fans hated about the movie, followed by the top 10 things fans loved.

Top 10 things Twilight fans hated about the movie

1. No chemistry between Bella and Edward

2. Poor screenwriting (one fan wrote, “The movie lost the magic that is Twilight because the screenwriting is poor.”)

3. Excruciatingly amateur special effects (especially the flying scenes which the majority of fans found embarrassingly awful)

4. The vampire makeup

5. The forest scenes between Bella and Edward — there were at least two dozen people that said the audiences were bursting into laughter at the corniness during these scenes

6. Bella and Charlie eating out every meal at the cafe

7. Bella’s character — a number of fans pointed out that Bella looked frightened the entire time and delivered her lines (even with Edward) in a monotone

8. The first kiss scene — those underpants caught a lot of flack

9. Jasper — the way he looked, his lack of lines, etc.; fans thought he was all wrong

10. The addition of scenes not included in the book — many Twi-hards didn’t feel like the new scenes added anything at all to the story

Top 10 things Twilight fans loved about the movie

1. Charlie — out of over 300 comments, there was nothing but praise for Charlie’s performance.

2. The casting of the Cullens, especially Emmett and Alice

3. The baseball scene — many fans said this scene was reproduced exactly how they imagined it

4. Edward saving Bella from the van

5. Edward saving Bella in Port Angeles

6. Mike, Jessica, and the other students at Forks High School

7. James and Victoria

8. The final fight scene

9. The prom

10. Edward and Bella in biology class (actually, this one was pretty close; only barely over 50% of the fans who specifically mentioned this scene liked it a lot; the rest thought it was horrible)

A Good Review!!! Whoo Hoo

From "AMA" Stands For "Average, Mediocre Awards"

"OK, enough about the laydeez. As far as the male performances went, New Kids On The Block were surprisingly solid. Sure, Joey McIntyre was a bit pitchy in places and Jordan Knight struggled with his falsetto, but they did not embarrass themselves whatsoever. Their comeback has been a much bigger, and more credible, success than I ever would have predicted. Apparently they still have the right stuff!"

Now I have to say that I loved watching the guys however I found myself wishing that they had done more new stuff... I would have loved to see some grown man!!! But I do feel that Dirty Dancing was awsome!!!!

What did you think?

However they were stinkin HAWT!!! on the red carpet!!! poor donnie and his hair :(

Jon's Post

Just incase you missed it:

"It’s me once again! Driving to Denver Colorado tonight. It’s super cold

and windy tonight. I feel like the “rolling submarine” has become a

small plane in turbulence tonight. You know the feeling of driving down

the road and your car is being blown back and forth………the lights

are dimmed and everyone went to bed hours ago….someone from our camp

is over on the couch snoring in a deep sleep…, it isn’t

Feels like it will be snowing any day now! The moon is full, it’s

5:30 am, I’m on some stretch of highway between Omaha and Denver,

feeling very delirious!

On nights like this back home, I love to light a fire in my bedroom,

slip into something comfortable after a warm bath and curl up in bed to

watch a movie……of course my favorite girl is always right next to

me…..I usually rub up and down her back telling her how much I love

her…….kissing her gently on her neck as we both drift off to

sleep…. her body has a way of fitting itself right up close to mine

like two pieces of a puzzle……. her silkie soft hair brushing

against my chest…….. her long legs stretched out in comfort……..

she always seems to wake me up at some point in the night…… she

looks me in the eyes without speaking a word………..I love her for

that…….She has the most beautiful eyes in the world…….she

usually rolls over so I can stroke her chest ever so gently……..this

gets her all wound up that she sometimes leaves a wet spot on our

sheets……. she’s even gone as far as letting a nasty smell out of

her tiny little ass! Then at that moment I break out the leather

studded collar and chain……I know at that moment it could get

freaky…… its nice and warm under the sheets……..Damn, should I

give her what she wants?………. Should I just roll over and do it in

the morning?………Oh damn, feels like the wet spot is getting

bigger!!!!!……..She has my full attention now…..hold on, hold on,

I’m gonna give her what she wants………. she is now barking orders

at me as she lets out a loud howling

noise…..OMG……OMG……OMG…….. DAMN…………time to walk

the dog!!!!!!!!

Maybe its time to get some sleep! Enjoy your day! I will so enjoy

mine……….DAY OFF……. don’t hound me till Friday…..

seriously!…. just keeping it real! HA! Hound me on here all you want

though…….. ENJOY!

with respect,

Well Shit...

We are out for this month.
We went in and the follies just didn't grow. I of course cried. And the nurse was SO sweet and offered me a shoulder to cry on.
So lets list the goods from this:
  1. We dont have to pay for the IUI, this is good we were running a bit short this month
  2. takes the stress off for a few more weeks.
  3. I was told that I have the Ovaries of an 18yr old.

now the bads:

  1. I'm not responding to the clomid... that worries me
  2. we are out, and yet another month to have to wait!
  3. My lining is still thin

So I guess we are pretty even.

thats it...

new blog

Hey guys in an attempt to keep the uber personal crap out of this blog.. If any one cares you can check out...

Hope to blog more here soon... Found something today that just blew my socks off!!!

Well, I don't quite know what to think...I guess nothing.

DH and I went in for the ultrasound this morning. I was nervous but hopeful...

I walk in at 9:10 (my apt was at 9:30) much to my delight they take me back right away! So I undress and we have idol chatter back and forth... yadda, yadda, yadda. so I lay back prop my feet up in the unforgiving stirrups and she sticks the light saber up there. now I don't know how in the hell they can tell what is what but hey I will go with it.

So she is poking around and on one ovary she sees 25+ follicles all at about 5mm She said that I was the kind that was scary to induce ovulation because of that. but these are all too small for the IUI so she keeps looking...and finds one at 8mm. Still not good! So she pokes on the other side, to find the same thing. She also says that my uterus lining is very thin.

SO the out come of today is that I have added an estrogen patch to thicken up the lining. and will have another ultra sound on Friday.

So not good, not bad.

I hate this wait and see shit.

stay tuned more to come

Day 5...

Af was here for EXACTLY 5 days and then bam. Someone turned it off. Strange...
Other then that the clomid is there not too hormonal I don't think... May have to ask DH :)

Well the every day thing has been shot to Hell...

Happy Sunday afternoon,
It is 4:30pm and I am happy to say that I have been up, out of bed for a total of an hour and a half.

Ok so on to the fertility stuff...
The F-ing HAG showed on Thursday Morning. I knew she was coming and boy was she pissed! So on Friday I call the doc. I have an apointment for my first sonogram to see how many mature folicles I have on April 21st. The day after DH's birthday.

I am excited and nervous as hell. I so hope this will work. 2 years is long enough to wait!
I started the clomid yesterday and can already tell that I am a hormonal mess. ***Sigh***
So here is hoping!.

Welcome...The First Post... Background

Hey Kids...

One of my Favorite Cousin in laws (there are quite a few) suggested that I start this blog to chronicle my adventures in the unforgiving world of infertility.

So here goes...The Story of my life thus far.

Lets start at the beginning... I am born...

I was conceived in Myrtle Beach S.C. in April/May of 1980. My Mother was from far Eastern Kentucky and my Father was from a steel town in West Virginia. My Parents met at the University of Kentucky in 1972(?...Dad may need to correct year) and were married on December 14th, 1973 (again "I think"...) They lived and worked together in Lexington, Kentucky. After a 'few' years of marriage they decided it was time for a child and got preggers... Well that child was not to be and was miscarried. Well now we come to myrtle beach, I then decided to come in to being.

I was born on January 27th, 1981, at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Now the middle... I grew up...

After a few evil nurses (namely Ginny Vickers *I think )they let my mother and I go home. It was there that I resided for the next 21 years of my life. I loved that house, it was a wonderful! It was a 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath house in the SE end of Lexington. Very sub-burbified.

I would say that I had a happy spoiled child hood. I didn't really want for much. In fact the only thing that I can think of that I never got was a pair of roller blades, but that was only because I refused to to wear the helmet and pads (It wasn't cool).

The Present... Infertile Myrtle

Well while in high school at Lafayette, I met my husband. A wonderful man!

We were married on September 25th, 2004. We had a very stressful first year. I found out on Mothers day 2005 that my Mother was dying of Lung Cancer (yes she smoked, like a chimney). This was literally the END of my child hood. Actually it was the death of part of my soul. My mother was my rock, my best friend. That killed me inside for long time. I went in to a deep ugly depression for about a year and a half.

Well...On April 20th, 2006 (DH's Birthday) we decided to start a family. And low and behold 11 days later, I got a positive pregnancy test. I was floored excited and scared! Well we go the the doctor 8 weeks later for the first ultra sound and guess what NOTHING was there. The doc said it was a chemical pregnancy.

Well I was on a mission...I was gonna get pregnant if it killed me! So here we are almost exactly 2 years later and no frickin baby.

If you have made it this far I applaud you! I plan to chronicle every day from this point on. So please stay tuned.

Thanks so much for stopping by :)

Well lets just start this blog out on a good note...

I hate to start out on a gripe but this one is just so annoying it HAS to be blogged!

SO I'm sitting here at work, making some changes to a logo in Adobe Illustrator CS3.

I get it just perfect and go to save it and I get... "An unknow error has occured." Well this was a wee bit annoying to say the least. So I try, and try again. No luck.

I then try every thing I know to do, I try saving it in different formats, I try opening a new doc and pasting alas nothing.

Well in my aggervation I just close the damn thing and lose an hours worth of work. I decide to google it as I should and what do I get???? I get that it only happens when you are running the Zune Software at the same time!!

I had just switched to Zune because well I thought it was a better deal the car thingy works great so I had no need to burn CDs like I did with iTunes and my iPod. This was a great deal 15 bucks a month and I have as much music as I can stand!

Grumble. I try to throw mac products out of my life and what happens they just keep coming back.
